The Tenth Pacific Rim International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (PRICAI-08) will provide an international forum for researchers and industry practitioners to share their new ideas, original research results and practical development experiences which concentrate on AI technologies and their applications in areas of social and economic importance for countries in the Pacific Rim.

PRICAI-08 will be held in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Hanoi, with a millennium-long history, has become one of the most beguiling cities in Asia where IT technology and research activities are taking place in an unprecedented speed.
