The PRICAI-08 conference will be held in the Ta Quang Buu libary, Hanoi University of Technology from Monday, December 15th to Friday, December 19th, 2008.

Accommodation

The local organizers will help to book the hotel room until 15 November. After that days please find hotels by yourself. Note that the bus will only pick up participants from the hotel in the list.

The date of the conference is at a tourist peak season; rooms will be hard to book. We highly recommend you to secure your accommodation as soon as possible.

There will be shuttle buses from these (and only these) hotels to the conference site.

Note:

  • We can arrange to share the room with others if you indicate it clearly on your reservation email.
  • If you do not stay on (or near) these hotels, you have to arrange your own transportation.
  • We recommend you to give us a few options in case the hotel is fully booked. In case a reservation cannot be made or you want another hotel, you can also let us know your requirements and price range (says, < 30$, 30$-50$, 50%-70$, 70$-100$, >100$).

Official invitation letters

The local organizers will be pleased to send an invitation letter to any scientist upon written request. Please fill in following form and send us to pricai08invitation@jaist.ac.jp. It must be understood that these letters are only intended to help participants to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and do not commit the organizers to any financial obligation.
