Objective
For the future of Traditional Crafts
We have set up a new education program based on Regional Revitalization System Theory, in association with the Cabinet Office and MOT program in JAIST, and also we promote the training of innovators who will combine Traditional Crafts with JAISTfs advanced science and technology for regional revitalization.
The goal of our Innovator Training Course for Ishikawa Traditional Crafts is to develop innovators in traditional crafts, who will lead the way in local revitalization.
The goals of our students are:
To survey all production areas for a general understanding of the range and variety of creative craftsmanship in Ishikawa Prefecture.
To assess their own qualities and skills, and to use these skills to develop new items and services based on the needs of consumers and users, which will lead to further business development.
To work together with contacts in the same trade, and also those outside that trade, to actively lead their business in the next stage of market expansion.

2. Intensive Course in Market Research for Traditional Crafts
3. Course for Product Development
