Abstract:
Blood vessel prosthesis has a high thrombogenicity at small diameter. It is necessary for the materials of the blood vessel prosthesis to have superior mechanical properties and the antithrombotic nature. We approached to modify poly (vinyl alcohol) hydrogel (PVA-H) surface by addition of carbonyl modified PVA and covered with hydrazide modified hyaluronic acid to introduce endothelial cell affinity by using endothelial compatible peptide. We will report to make mixture gels and properties of mixture gels in this paper.
