Paper Submission

[For camera-ready submission]

We only accept PDF, not MSWord for final camera ready.

The presenting author(s) should follow the following [1-3] instructions by the due.

[1] PREPARE FINAL (camera ready) PAPER AND SUBMIT by November 10, 2008.

   Papers must be submitted electronically as PDF, via
   the submission system (EasyChair).
   Final camera-ready paper should be maximum of 8 pages. (If you want to
   exceed the limit, please contact by email: miuramo@jaist.ac.jp)

   The following steps show how to submit final paper.
  (1) Login EasyChair system as KICSS2008 author.
  (2) Click on top menu, [My Submissions] => [Paper XX] (XX = your paper id)
  (3) Click on right menu, [Submit a new version]
  (4) Submit your final (camera-ready) paper by November 10, 2008.

  To login EasyChair you will visit
   http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kicss2008 and enter your username and password.

  If you forgot your username or password, please visit http://www.easychair.org/conferences/login_forgot.cgi  and specify your email address.

[2] FINISH REGISTRATION by November 10, 2008.

Please visit KICSS2008 registration site
http://css.jaist.ac.jp/kicss2008/ and finish registration WITH PAYMENT by November 10.

Note that the Paper ID declaration is necessary to
publicize your paper in KICSS2008 proceedings.

[3] SEND COPYRIGHT TRANSFER FORM by November 10, 2008.

Please download the Copyright Transfer Form [click here], complete, sign, scan and send it to hoanpt@hnue.edu.vn by November 10, 2008.

 

Important Dates

  • Draft paper (or extended abstract) submission due: August 30, 2008.

  • Notification of acceptance: October 10, 2008.

  • Final camera-ready due: November 10, 2008.

  • Early registration due:  November 10, 2008

  • Conference: December 22-23, 2008
