内容：論文紹介 "Over 100 Years of Age But Still Entrepreneurially Active in Business: Exploring the Values and Family Characteristics of Old Finnish Family Firms"

概要：本論文はフィンランドの百年以上続けるファミリー会社に対して、長寿因子を研究している。
「価値」と「家族特質」を定義し、形容詞を利用して、説明しにくいデータに定量化する。
定量化するデータを比較して、フィンランドの百年以上続けるファミリー企業を代表する形容詞を発見する。
百年企業を対象として、既存研究の流れまずはっきりしている。注目するのは、
リサーチクエスチョンの設定、重要言葉の定義、データ分析の方法。
