As part of a project to convert scientific information produced at the Institute to an electronic media, we provide theses on the web site.

Some of the contents are available for JAIST users only or NOT provide full text.

  • For use, please strictly comply with the Copyright Act (Act No. 48 of May 6, 1970). If you want to use the materials beyond the scope of “Reproduction for private use” or “Quotations” as specified by Copyright Act, you must have permission of the copyright holder.
  • The thesis is provided READ ONLY, NOT printable (except for the doctoral dissertations published after FY 2013).

For Author：

If you submitted the acceptance form once and NOT published your thesis/report to public or JAIST users at the time of the completion, and would like to publicize your thesis/report, please submit the following form to the JAST library. There is no form for doctoral dissertations since they are supposed to be open to the general public.

Search By Keyword
In the page of each school and degree (e.g. "School of Information Science ─ Doctoral Dissertations " page etc.), you can use Keyword Search.
The following languages and types of character can be used in key word searches.
　
Keyword ： Japanese, English
Title ： Japanese, English
Author ： Kanji (Katakana), Hiragana, Alphabet
Example: Sentan, Taro
Supervisor ： Kanji (or English)
Degree Date ：

June/September/December/March: Numbers
Example: 2007-03
Note: To search by full name, enter it as "First Name, Last Name".
