The registration desk opens November 23, 2011, at 3.p.m.. Participants arriving during November 24 or 25 are kindly ask to contact the coordinators present in the conference hall.

Conference Fees

The cost of the workshop is JPY 20,000 for regular participants and JPY 10,000 yen for students. This fee does not include mixer and banquet. The deadline for the payment is October 31, 2011.

Participants arriving from outside Japan can pay the conference fee at the registration desk.





Accommodation

Accommodation including breakfast and dinner (but not lunch) is available at the venue.

Single room: JPY 15,200 per person per night
Double room: JPY 12,200 per person per night
Triple room: JPY 11,200 per person per night

Rooms shall be reserved using the ASOMEA registration form. Accomodation fees are payable at the hotel reception.
