Venue and Accomodation

The workshop will be held at the Arrowle Hotel, located in the Kaga-Onsen area of Ishikawa prefecture, in Western Japan. The area is a well known for its hot spring resorts, delicious seafood, and panoramic views of the Hakusan mountain range.

Accommodation including breakfast and dinner (but not lunch) is available at the venue.

Single room: JPY 15,200 per person per night
Double room: JPY 12,200 per person per night
Triple room: JPY 11,200 per person per night

Rooms shall be reserved using the ASOMEA registration form. Accomodation fees are payable at the hotel reception. Please follow also the website for updates.

Access

The hotel is about 15 minutes by shuttle bus from either the Kaga Onsen JR train station or Komatsu Airport. Komatsu Airport can be reached in about 1 hr from Tokyo Haneda, while Kansai Int’l Airport (Osaka) is about 2.5h away by express train. The hotel shuttle bus is available for the transport from Komatsu Airport and Kagaonsen Station to the conference site. Room and board for all participants is available at the venue.
