Explanation: It is clear that when a localization bias of 10cm is tolerable, we could achieve a detection and tracking precision around 95%. When a bias of 20cm is tolerable, we could achieve over 95% for both precision and accuracy. Here, precision evaluates the percentage of correctly detected and tracked objects, while accuracy is one minus the percentage of false positive and false negative and id-switches WRT the ground-truth.
