| The JAIST 20th Anniversary Events with the ICGA (2010, Sep. 24 - Oct 2) |
The events will take place on September 24th to October 2nd 2010.
These events are: 18th World Computer Chess Championship, JAIST Computer Olympiad and International Conference on Computers and Games 2010.
This is to celebrate the 20th anniversary of JAIST, founded on October 1st, 1990.

| On February 9th 2010 Julien Kloetzer will defend his PhD thesis "Monte Carlo techniques: application to the game of the Amazons". Then on February 10th, keynote speakers Bruno Bouzy and Richard Lorentz will talk at the "Symposium on Monte Carlo Game AI Programming" also held at JAIST. |
