I have been to Tokyo to accompany Prof. Nonaka for his lecture. I am always amazed to see he is still making a progress in building his theory of knowledge creation. Later on, I moved to the west part to give a lecture at Kaetsu Univ upon the request from Prof. Furukawa. Another great guy. After the lecture, we went out for dinner and continued our discussion into late night. It is rare for a man to be a genuine scientist and authentic musician at the same time.
