I was moving to Haneda airport to get back home. I spotted a guy with his upper body naked from the train. Some others were digging the shore, probably for picking up shells. I did not know what the guy wanted to do. It was sunny, though. He might have wanted to take a sun-bath. Tokyo bay is anyway not good place for swimming as it is polluted. S moment of madness.
