Türk Teknesi/Turkiship:

Efsanevi Argos ve Altin Post seferi, Nuh'un Gemisi, Karadeniz Çektirme'si, Hidrellez'de akan suya dilek salma gelenegi, Aziz Nikolas (Noel Baba), Turkuaz rengi gibi Türkiye'nin kültürel degerlerinin; Türk bayraginda yer alan “yükselen ay ve yildiz”dan esinlenilerek yaratici bir “Türk Teknesi” tasariminda temsil edilmesi düsünülmüstür. Burada, Tekne, “deniz tasiti” anlaminin yani sira, eski Yunanca “techne” kökünden türetilmis olarak “pratige yönelik bilgi, teknik beceri” anlaminda da degerlendirilmistir. Buna göre, Türk Teknesi tasariminin, Yaraticilik/Creatorship, Girisimcilik/Entrepreneurship, Kardeslik/Fellowship, Liderlik/Leadership, Sportmenlik/Sportsmanship, Ibadet/Worship Tekneleri gibi alt unsurlarla birlikte; Türkiye'nin çesitli (turizm, kültür, sanat, din, is, spor ve benzeri) platformlarda tanitimi ve temsilinde kullanilmasi amaçlanmaktadir.

 

Turkiship (Türk Teknesi):

Turkish cultural values such as Argo Navis and the Quest for the Golden Fleece, Noah's Ark, the Çektirme of Blacksea, wish-making tradition in Hidrellez, Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus), Turquoise color are thought to be represented by a creative “Turkiship” design, which is inspired by the “crescent moon and star” in the Turkish flag. Here, in addition to its meaning “sea vehicle”, Ship is also considered to mean “practical knowledge, technical skills”, based on the similarity of the ancient Greek “techne” and “tekne”, a sea vehicle in Turkish. With respect to this; together with Creatorship, Entrepreneurship, Fellowship, Leadership, Sportsmanship, Worship, among others, that are derived from it, Turkiship design is aimed to be used for the promotion and representation of Turkey at various platforms such as tourism, culture, art, religion, business, sports.
