HIQNET: High Quality Imaging Research Network
The proposed International High Quality Imaging Research
Network (HIQNET) is intended to articulate the problems and issues in
very high quality imaging and coding, to promote academic research in
this field, asist in getting such research started, promote the exchange
of data and results and serve as a forum for development of in important
field.
