My research topics focus on the development of Secure Information Environment which assists users who wish to perform whole daily things (i.e. tasks, shopping, communications, etc.) using information systems, to access to some resource safely, and to correctly exchange some information to another users. To meet this goal, I'm researching in following areas.

Network Security: Studies in the network security is an important area of my research. The Internet has explosively glown significantly, so many persons are working daily tasks on the net. Therefore, information and host-machines must be protected against various security attacks. In addition, a new problem which the personal privacy information are malicious leaked and disclosed on the net is occured in the last few years, the problem must be solved because it has highly impact to human-society.
In this area, I'm currently developing a frame-work for the network security system which treats the resource protection and publication in the same frame. I'll apply this frame-work to security systems on several layers.

Electronic Commerce: Various dealings on the Internet has glown significantly following the glowth of Internet population. Numerous electronic commerce systems were proposed and developed in the last few years. These systems provide new markets, business persons want to get this business chance all together. However, there are problems that consumers could be defensed defectively and the system securities were verified no enough.

I'm trying to solve these problems. To solve these, I aims centrally the Electronic Settlement on the Internet, point out its problems and solve, then I'll figure out a better Electronic Commerce.
