1 Entrance Ceremony Date : April 4 (Tue.) 10 : 00 a.m.‐11 : 00 a.m.

3 Orientation
【Students at Ishikawa Campus 】
Date : April 5 (Wed.) - April 7 (Fri.)
Place : JAIST
   ※ Details of the orientation will be announced at Registration.

        Place : Entrance Hall
4 Class and Course Registration [Ishikawa Campus]
From April 12 (Wed.), classes will be held on face-to-face basis. Some of the required courses may be conducted online.
Course registration period:
April 12 (Wed.) - April 25 (Tue.)
[Tokyo satellite]
From April 2 (Sun.), classes will be held on face-to-face basis.
Classes that exceed the capacity of the lecture room may be conducted by Hybrid-Flexible Method or online. For the method of conducting classes, please access JAIST-LMS after enrollment to confirm the details.

Course Registration Period: April 12 (Wed.) - April 25 (Tue.)
*Registration for courses starting in April must be completed using the prescribed form by April 3 (Mon.) at 5 pm.
5 Move-in Start Date of Student Housing April 3 (Mon.) 9:00 a.m.-
6 Distribution of student ID Card At the time of reception for the entrance ceremony

【For all students】
Administrative and Planning Section, Educational Affairs Departmen 1. Log in to the Portfolio System (see the page 76 of the HANDBOOK for Students.)
2. Click "Goal Setting" and enter your target level.
3. Click "Self-assessment at orientation" and enter your current level.
