[Prized title] Value-in-trust for University branding management - experience and co-creation in universities' stakeholders
[Abstract] In perspective of Service Dominant Logic, a university value co-creation with stakeholders who are interested in universities'activities plays a key role in making brand. This paper proposes a model for university brand creation based on expeience co-creation within stakeholders' network, which becomes the tool for branding management. The core of this branding management are the brading based on trust. Value-in-trust becomes a potential concept in university branding based on experience co-creation research. Case study of several Japanese universities was analyzed to expose the meaning of the model and the concept.
[Comment] Firstly, I would like thank IEEJ symposium for giving me this award. Secondly, I would like to thank my supervisor Kosaka-sensei who always teaches and encourages me in this symposium particularly, and my research generally. I also thank my sub-supervisor Shirahada-sensei who supported and gave me many useful comments during I write this paper. Moreover, I feel very happy and thankful because I am studying and researching at JAIST with a professional research environment and my laboratory- Kosaka Lab. with a family and excellence research atmosphere. This is the great and important point for me to conduct my research. Finally, I would like to thank my husband, a staff of JAIST, who discussed and encouraged me anytime I met trouble in the writing of this paper.
