Registration Policy

Paper Presentation: All papers must be presented at the conference, in person as Oral Presentation.
Attendance: Onsite attendance is strongly recommended as the conference is meant to be an opportunity for scholars to connect, share insights, and reinforce the sense of community that has always been at the heart of this conference.
Author Registration: At least one author for each accepted paper must register for the NLDB 2025 Conference by May 9, 2025, 23:59 (AoE) with the Regular Fee.
Onsite registration is not permitted. Authors must register via the online platform.

Fees

* At least one author must register as a Regular Fee, even if that author is a student.

Early Registration by May 14, 2025, 23:59 (JST):

Regular: 65,000 JPY
Student: 50,000 JPY

Late Registration:

Regular: 80,000 JPY
Student: 65,000 JPY

Extra Ticket:

Banquet only: 15,000 JPY

Conference registration fees include NLDB conference, Coffee breaks, and Banquet. Extra tickets for the banquet can be purchased at the time of the registration.
