Update Problem of Windows10 on Mac Mini

 It has been confirmed that there is a problem during updating to the latest version of Windows 10 from that initially installed on the Mac Minis lent by the RCACI.

 In addition, the provision of the security software that was installed on these Mac Minis has ended.
 For this reason, the Mac Minis are a high security risk, in an insecure situation.

 We recommend users to stop using it, resolve the problem, and update the software as soon as possible.

 To resolve the problem, please upgrade the Mac OS to“High Sierra” version. For how to upgrade the OS and update the security software, please refer to the attached file in the end of the contents.

 During the OS upgrade, there is a possibility of an unexpected things occurs. For example, there is possibility that the Mac mini cannot be turned on again. Therefore, we strongly recommend the users to back up all the user data beforehand.

 It takes several hours (more than 4 hours) to complete all the updates.
 If it is seems to be difficult for you to do such upgrade, we can help do the upgrade in one of following methods. Please let us know if you need our help.


  [method 1] Exchange
     We can prepare a new Mac Mini which is updated with both Windows/MacOS and the new security software.
     After receiving the new Mac Mini, please copy the data from your original Mac Mini.
     #After data copying, please return the old Mac Mini.

  [method 2] Update Support
     We can update Windows/MacOS and security software for you.
     We will do the work carefully but if there is any problem, we might not be able to recover the Mac Mini.
     We ask you for your kind understanding.
     Notice that, it takes two days to perform the update.
