ネットワーク機器メンテナンス作業実施のお知らせ
情報社会基盤研究センターでは3日間にわたり，下記の通りネットワーク機器のメンテナンス作業を行います。
利用者の皆さんにはご迷惑をおかけしますがご協力をよろしくお願いします。

作業日時：2020年12月15日(火) 04:00 - 08:00
作業対象：対外接続ルータ，無線LAN，常用系コアスイッチ
作業内容：ソフトウェアバージョンアップ
影響と範囲：
- 学外との接続において，60秒以内の接続断が何回か発生します。
- 無線LAN通信において，15分間程度の接続断が1回発生します。

作業対象：対外接続ルータ，待機系コアスイッチ，無線LAN，データセンタスイッチ
作業内容：ソフトウェアバージョンアップ
影響と範囲：
- 無線LAN通信において，15分間程度の接続断が1回発生します。
- 学外との接続において，60秒以内の接続断が何回か発生します。
- 一部の学内サーバにおいて，数秒間の接続断が何回か発生します。

### Day 1 #####################
Date: Tuesday 15 Dec. 2020
Time: 04:00 - 08:00, JST
Maintenance Summary: Software update of routers and Wi-Fi
Service impact:
- Network connections to outside JAIST will be unavailable about 60 seconds for several times.
- Wi-Fi connections will be unavailable about 15 minutes once.
### Day 2 #####################
Date: Wednesday 16 Dec. 2020
Time: 04:00 - 08:30, JST
Maintenance Summary: Software update of some DC-switches and Wi-Fi
Service impact:
- Network connections to some servers in JAIST will be unavailable about several seconds for several times.
- Network connections to outside JAIST will be unavailable about 60 seconds for several times.
- Wi-Fi connections will be unavailable about 15 minutes once.
### Day 3 #####################
Date: Thursday 17 Dec. 2020
Time: 03:00 - 08:20, JST
Maintenance Summary: Software update of firewalls and Wi-Fi
Service impact:
- All network connections will be unavailable about 60 seconds for several times.
- Wi-Fi connections will be unavailable about 15 minutes once.
