----------

The digital certificate (client certificate) issued by JUPKI is used for the authentication to connect to the SSID 'JAIST' and 'eduroam' of the campus Wi-Fi service.
Currently, there is a flaw in the configuration of this authentication, and it is possible to connect using a revoked digital certificate, although the correct behavior is to not be able to connect using a revoked digital certificate.

There will be a one months transitional period from this announcement for users who are using revoked digital certificates.
We plan to disable JAIST/eduroam connections with revoked digital certificates end of Sep  2021.

If you have used a revoked digital certificate to authenticate Wi-Fi connection, you will receive an mail from us about this.
Please replace it with a valid digital certificate as soon as possible, if you have a revoked digital certificate.

Please refer to the following page to check your digital certificate is valid or revoked.
