The following problems may occur when writing an email using WebMail's Modern UI.
- The entered text is unintentionally copied to a random position.
- The cursor moves to an unintended location.
- The body text cannot be input.
This is occurring on multiple devices, OS, and browsers and is currently being investigated.

Please use the Classic UI until the problem is resolved.
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, and click「Settings」from the View menu.
- Checked 「Classic」in the 「Zimbra Version」 and click 「Save」.
On mobile devices, the problem does not occur if the email is created in HTML format.
- Tap the menu icon (≣) in the upper left corner
- Tap the gear icon → "Settings"
- "Writing Email" → Disable (uncheck) "Compose new emails as plain text"
- Tap "Save"
