If your mail-address is default address("s1XXXXX@jaist.ac.jp), no need to do the step. If you changed your mail-address from default , please click the following link to renew the contact address.
( Pop up window will be displayed. please input your user name and password )
Please wait an hour, then go to the next step.

Click ”Can't Access your account" link.
When asked about your account，work or school account please choose appropriately.

Input Office365 ID ( "JAIST ID" + "@o365.jaist.ac.jp" ) and fill the CAPTCHA field .
4.
Confirm your mail address as "s1XXXXX @ jaist.ac.jp" . Press the "Next" Button.
5.
Input the verification code sent to your JAIST Mail.
6.
Input your original password as your new password.
Notice that, the password field obfuscates the characters that are typed in.
7．
When all the steps are completed.
You can log-in and start using Office 365!
