KSS2019 will accept various contributions, which should be written in right English. Scientific and practice contributions should not exceed 15 pages including abstract,figures and references. Please include a 150 word abstract and 3-6 keywords best describing the paper. Submissions should be formatted according to the guidelines of Lecture Notes in Computer Science at Springer Verlag. Full-paper submission via EasyChair

All full-length submission will be double-blinded reviewed by at least 3 technical committee members. Cross-similarity check will also be conducted under Springer's requirements. Submission with high cross similarity will be rejected. Final accepted submissions will be published by Springer in the CCIS series.

Abstracts via EasyChair

Please submit one A4-sized 2-3 page description of your research or practice. Accepted long abstracts will be recommended to extended and submitted to Journal of Systems Science and Information (JSSI) (open-access).

1000 words Abstract Submission (30 September, 2019)

Please submit one A4-sized with around 1000 words to describe your research or practice. This item is only for those who just want to make a presentation at KSS2019. However, the submitted 1000 words abstract is reviewed anonymously. All accepted abstracts with registered authors will be included in one conference brochure provided to all conference participants in print/website. The abstract submission at EasyChair will be reopened after full-length paper notification.

How to propose Special Session

• Required items for Proposal of Special Session are, Session Title, Aim of this session, Contact Information of the organizer, Title and the author(s) information supposed in the session.


• Please contact Local Committee via email before September 30, and wait for the notification about the acceptance. More detail instruction will be informed by the email from Local Committee.

How to submit Abstract-presentation

• Abstract should be in English, with a maximum of 1,000 words. Please use single spacing and Times New Roman, 12-point font. Abstract of research papers should provide Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), a brief description of research objectives, methodology, theory, and summary of results and/or conclusions. Please do not include any charts, bibliographies or footnotes. Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously.
