QOMET: Wireless Network Emulation Tools

During my employment with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Hokuriku StarBED Technology Center, I have been the main developer of QOMET, a wireless network emulation set of tools. Although the development of this software is discontinued, and I can no longer provide support for it, the last release is provided below for anyone who may be interested in using it. Please refer to the included User Guide for details.
