The Reopening of Tokyo Satellite

As previously announced about the gradual re-opening of Tokyo Satellite, we decided measures of its operation after 10th July as below. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1 Opening hours and use of facilities
<July 10 (Fri.)~for the time being>
Opening hours: 10:30-16:00 everyday

- Lectures
Classes for Term Ⅰ and Ⅱ are basically provided online.
(Lecturers can record and deliver a lecture by using devices equipped in Tokyo Satellite.)

- Lounge and Library
You may use the lounge and library.
To avoid three Cs, reservation is required. There are restrictions on available space, time and number of users. Please make a reservation at least two days in advance by sending an e-mail including the following information.

Please send us an email with your student number, name, mobile phone number, date, time and purpose of your reservation.
How to reserve the library:
Please send us an email with your student number, name, mobile phone number, date, time and purpose of your reservation.

- Having a research guidance with students or meeting with people outside JAIST
To avoid three Cs, reservation is required. There are restrictions on available space, time and number of users.

All members at JAIST are advised to take preventive measures such as wearing a mask, washing hands and getting up-to-date information.
