Professionals-Tokyo Satellite

Since the period of Priority Preventative Measures in Tokyo has been over, we will change restrictions on the use of Tokyo Satellite as follows. We will still shorten the opening hours of the Tokyo Satellite and restrict the use of facilities in order to protect the health and safety of all the students and faculty members and prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Opening hours : 10:30 - 18:30 weekdays

・We are able to prepare only standard-level equipment for the simultaneous distribution of the lectures. If specialized equipment or method is necessary, we may ask the instructors to manage it themselves.

- JAIST faculty members may use the Tokyo Satellite for meetings with students.
In principle, online meetings with students are recommended in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections. If it is necessary for faculty members on Ishikawa Campus to come to the Tokyo Satellite and conduct face-to-face meetings with students, take sufficient preventative measures against the COVID-19. After returning to Ishikawa Campus, monitor your health and if you are unwell such as have a fever, email the Crisis Management (kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp) immediately and do not go to the campus.
When using the Tokyo Satellite for meetings with students, reservation is required to avoid three Cs. There are restrictions on available space, time and number of users.
