A delegation from the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University (SIIT) in Thailand visited JAIST and concluded the Agreement of Cooperation for Education and Research and the Memorandum of Agreement on JUMP (JAIST partner University Master connection Program) on Nov. 6, 2025.
Since the Academic Exchange Agreement and the Agreement on Student Exchange were signed in April 2010, JAIST has continued to foster student and faculty exchanges with SIIT.
During the meeting at the signing ceremony, active discussions were held regarding future collaboration between SIIT and JAIST through the JUMP and so on. It is anticipated that these exchanges will lead to more opportunities for students and faculty to engage in collaborative activities.
