The AWIST 2025 (The 13th ASEAN Workshop on Information Science and Technology 2025) was held from Nov. 6 to 8, 2025. AWIST is an international research exchange forum focused on Information Science, attended by faculty and students from JAIST and partner universities in ASEAN countries. Each year, a partner university takes turns hosting the event, and this year, JAIST acted as the host. Under the theme " Transforming Education and Research: Fulfilling the University's Role in the Super Intelligence Generation," we further expanded the participating universities and also invited researchers from JAIST's partner universities affiliated with the JUMP (JAIST partner University Master connection Program), mainly from ASEAN countries. The symposium also featured the JAIST SPRING/BOOST International Symposium, JUMP Session, and JAIST Alumni Session.
