Associate Professor Yoshioka Co-Edits New Book Published by Elsevier
A new English-language book, "Stochastic Analysis and Control in Energy, Environmental and Resource Management Applications" has been published by Elsevier. The volume was co-edited by Associate Professor Hidekazu Yoshioka of the Social Data and Media Research Area and Professor Motoh Tsujimura of Doshisha University.
Overview
This volume presents interdisciplinary research conducted by more than ten researchers form a wide range of fields, including agriculture, environmental studies, civil engineering, crop science, economics, operations research, and mathematical sciences. The book explores theoretical frameworks and case studies aimed at the sustainable management and utilization of environmental, food, and energy resources.
Comprising 11 chapters and approximately 300 pages, the book features significant contributions from Associate Professor Yoshioka, who co-authored nine of the chapters.
