Students who wish to transfer credits from the courses they have taken previously can request for it by submitting a “Request for Evaluation of Transfer Credit” through the Apply Document function in the Gakumu system (Academic Affairs System) after obtaining the approval of their supervisors within 3 weeks of enrollment.
