東京サテライトの開室について

　先般、東京サテライトの業務を段階的に再開することをお知らせしましたが、7月10日以降の取扱いについて、以下のとおりとしますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

記

1　開室期間及び施設等の利用
＜7月10日（金）～当面の間＞
　全日：10:30～16:00
　https://www.jaist.ac.jp/satellite/sate/outline/facility/
〇授業
　Ｉ期、Ⅱ期はオンライン授業を基本とします。
　（教員は、東京サテライトの施設を使って授業を録画・配信することも可。）
〇ラウンジ、図書室の利用：可（制限あり）
　3密を回避するため、予約制とします（利用場所、利用時間、利用人数の制限あり）。
　利用希望日の２日前までに、以下の例にてメールで申し込んでください。
　（例）
　【ラウンジ利用申込み】
　（学生番号、氏名、連絡先電話番号、月日、時間、目的）
　【図書室利用申込み】
　（学生番号、氏名、連絡先電話番号、月日、時間、目的）
〇東京サテライトでの学生指導、学外者との打合せ：可（制限あり）
　3密を回避するため、予約制とします（利用場所、利用時間、利用人数の制限あり）。

2　その他
　東京サテライトの施設の利用にあたっては、ウイルスから身体、生命を守るため、感染防止等（マスクの着用、手洗いの励行、咳エチケットの徹底、3密の回避）に努めてください。
　なお、今回の通知内容は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況により、取扱いを変更する場合があります。

The Reopening of Tokyo Satellite

As previously announced about the gradual re-opening of Tokyo Satellite, we decided measures of its operation after 10^th July as below. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1 Opening hours and use of facilities
<July 10 (Fri.)～for the time being>
Opening hours: 10:30-16:00 everyday

- Lectures
Classes for Term Ⅰ and Ⅱ are basically provided online.
(Lecturers can record and deliver a lecture by using devices equipped in Tokyo Satellite.)

- Lounge and Library
You may use the lounge and library.
To avoid three Cs, reservation is required. There are restrictions on available space, time and number of users. Please make a reservation at least two days in advance by sending an e-mail including the following information.

Please send us an email with your student number, name, mobile phone number, date, time and purpose of your reservation.
How to reserve the library:
Please send us an email with your student number, name, mobile phone number, date, time and purpose of your reservation.

- Having a research guidance with students or meeting with people outside JAIST

2 Others
All members at JAIST are advised to take preventive measures such as wearing a mask, washing hands and getting up-to-date information.
