学務部における窓口対応時間の短縮について

　新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止の観点から、学務部各課窓口の対応時間を、下記のとおり短縮いたします。
　短縮期間中のご質問等は、可能な限り、以下のメールアドレスへご連絡願います。
　なお、窓口対応時間の短縮については、感染拡大の状況によっては、5月8日以降も継続する場合がありますのでご留意ください。その場合は、改めてお知らせします。
　ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解・ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

　　　　　Shortening the Hours of Operation at Educational and Student Affairs Division

Please be informed that operating hours at Educational and Student Affairs Division will be shortened as follows in terms of preventing the novel coronavirus infection.
If you have any questions during the shortened hours of operation, please contact us via email as much as possible.
We may continue to shorten the operating hours after May 8 depending on the situation. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
