学生の西野 涼子さん（博士後期課程1年、ヒューマンライフデザイン領域、永井研究室）が国際会議The 16th International Conference on Knowledge, Information and Creativity Support Systems（KICSS 2021）においてBest Paper Awardを受賞しました。

　KICSS 2021は、知識科学、情報システム、システム科学、創造性支援システムに関する分野における国際的な研究者間における技術と知識の交流を図ることを目的とした国際会議です。同会議は、知識工学や知識科学、情報技術、創造性支援システム、複雑系モデリングの分野において幅広い研究トピックを取り上げています。

■受賞対象となった研究の内容
Studies of design and creativity have long been in intimate connection. In recent years, both studies have extended their scope from individual creativity to co-creation, creating something with others. By defining the subject of design as a society, this study proposes a social design method that the authors, who are practitioners and researchers of design studies, developed through repeated reflective practices and activities involving specific communities and their residents. We practiced the proposed method as a workshop and analyzed the utterances and design outcomes. Through the experiment, the proposed method enabled the users to undergo self-transformation and become more active in their community by deepening their understanding of their community and each other in a relatively short time.

■受賞にあたって一言
　この度はKICSS 2021にてBest Paper Awardを賜り、大変光栄に存じます。今回の受賞を機に自身のさらなる発展に加え、広く人を巻き込む共創の場作りやソーシャルデザインの実践・研究を行っていきたいと考えております。最後に、ご指導賜りました永井由佳里先生・國藤進先生に御礼申し上げます。
