学生・教職員の皆様へ

　新型コロナウイルス感染症に対する感染予防にご理解、ご協力いただいていることに御礼申し上げます。

　現在、政府においては、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染状況が改善していないことから、石川県、東京都、北海道、青森県、茨城県、栃木県、群馬県、埼玉県、千葉県、神奈川県、岐阜県、静岡県、愛知県、京都府、大阪府、兵庫県、香川県、熊本県の18都道府県について、まん延防止等重点措置を3月21日まで延長することが決定されました。
　石川県においては、感染者数の高止まりが見られ、感染状況を表すモニタリング指標はレベル2（感染拡大警報）となっており、依然として予断を許さない状況となっています。
　また、金沢大学が実施する新型コロナワクチンの3回目職域接種に、本学も参加させていただく予定で、時期は5月下旬から6月上旬を予定しています。詳細については、改めてお知らせします。
　なお、既に各自治体から接種の案内（接種券等）が届いている方で接種を希望される場合は、職域接種を待たずに各自治体が実施する接種を受けていただいても構いません。
　今後も新型コロナウイルス感染症に罹らず、健康な毎日が送れるよう、引き続き、マスクの着用、手指消毒、密なる状態の回避など感染防止に関わる基本対策を徹底くださるようお願いします。

　3月4日以降における本学の取扱いは以下のとおりといたしますが、各自が油断することなく、引き続き、あらゆる場面において感染防止対策を徹底するようお願いします。

• 　各自が「三つの密を避ける」、「人と人との距離を確保する」、「マスクを着用する」、「手の消毒・手洗いなどの手指衛生を心掛ける」等の基本的な感染対策を徹底すること。
• 　学生・教職員が、健康で安全に生活できるよう、原則として大学構内（学生寄宿舎含む）においてはマスクを着用し、特に、人との接触・会話をする際にはその着用を徹底すること。
• 　政府の新型コロナウイルス感染症対策分科会が提示した感染リスクが高まる「5つの場面」（別添を参照）については、十分に留意すること。
• 　出張、県境をまたぐ移動を伴う業務に際しては、オンラインの活用や時期の見直しを検討するとともに、当該移動先において、政府又は地方自治体独自による「緊急事態宣言」、「まん延防止等重点措置」などが発出されている場合には、当該地域への不要不急の出張、旅行は行わないこと。
• 　上記を踏まえてもなお、緊急事態宣⾔対象地域等への出張、旅行を行わざるを得なくなった場合は、必ず危機管理担当（kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp）に連絡すること。
• 　その他の感染拡大地域との往来についても慎重に判断をし、用務終了後には、速やかに帰県すること。
• 　県外からの来学者の取扱いも上記と同様とすること。
• 　加えて、本学に戻った後は、体温の測定などの体調管理に努め、発熱等の体調不良の場合は、直ちに危機管理担当（kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp）にメールで連絡するとともに、無理な登学・出勤はしないこと。
• 　全国各地で飲食を伴う場でのクラスターが発生しています。飲食を伴う会合については、できる限り少人数、短時間かつ十分な感染防止措置（例：狭隘な空間を避ける、定期的な換気を行う、マスクを着用する等）を講じた上で行い、各自が油断せず、感染対策を特に徹底し、新型コロナウイルス感染と拡大を自ら招かないよう極めて慎重な行動をすること。
  　なお、外食をする場合は、感染予防対策に取り組んでいる「コロナ対策認証店舗」を選ぶようにすること。

• 　日本へ入国する場合
  　日本入国後については、政府の方針に従って行動すること。なお、自宅等の待機場所については、個室管理（バス・トイレ含めて個室管理）ができる場所（JAIST HOUSEは除く。）とすること。
• 　東京サテライトの開室等に関しては、別途通知したとおり。
• 　発熱等の体調不良がある場合は、かかりつけ医又は石川県発熱患者等受診相談センター（電話：0120-540-004）に電話し、相談すること。相談の結果、受診するよう指示があった場合は、公共交通機関（JAIST Shuttleを含む。）を使わずに受診すること。
  　なお、かなやタクシー（電話：076-272-0085）を利用する場合は、電話連絡を行い、「発熱しており、医療機関へ行くためにタクシーを利用したい」旨を伝え、かなやタクシーの了解を得ること。
  　また、受診時にPCR検査、抗原検査を実施した場合、学生寄宿舎及び職員宿舎入居者にあっては、クラスター化防止のため、直接自室には戻れず、大学が指定する待機場所に入室することになるので、現金、健康保険証、着替え・パジャマ、携帯電話（充電器含む。）等の身の回り品を持参すること。
  　受診の結果は、必ず危機管理担当（kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp）に連絡し、その指示を受けること。陽性であった場合は、危機管理担当及び保健所から行動履歴（日時、場所、行動内容、接触者等）を確認されるので、協力すること。
  　なお、復路の交通手段の確保が困難な場合は、医療機関又は保健所（電話：0761-22-0793）に相談すること。

　今後、政府から石川県に対して緊急事態宣言やまん延防止等重点措置が発出された場合あるいは本学で新型コロナウイルス感染症罹患者が発生した場合は、随時、必要な措置を採るので、その際はご協力をお願いします。

　これからは、本格的に就職活動を始める学生、修了が決定し次の進路へ準備を始める学生など、それぞれが新たなステージへ向かう大事な時期を迎えます。この大切な時期に種々の感染症に罹患することなく健康に過ごされることを強く願います。

　それ故、各人が引き続き、日々、感染防止に努めてくださるよう、ご協力をお願いします。

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff members,

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

In response to the current COVID-19 situation, the government has decided to extend the Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of Disease until March 21 in 18 prefectures, Ishikawa, Tokyo, Hokkaido, Aomori, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Kagawa, Kumamoto.
In Ishikawa Prefecture, the number of new cases is still high, and the monitoring index, which indicates the infection status, is at Level 2 (infection spread warning), making the COVID-19 situation unpredictable.
Regarding vaccination, JAIST will be participating in the 3rd COVID-19 Workplace Vaccination conducted by Kanazawa University, which is scheduled for late May to early June. Further details will be announced as soon as possible.
If you have already received a vaccination notice (vaccine coupon, etc.) from your local government and wish to receive the vaccination, you can do so at your local hospital without waiting for your workplace vaccination.
I would like to once again ask you to continue to take preventive measures such as wearing masks, disinfecting your hands and avoiding crowded places to stay safe from COVID-19.

Effective March 4, preventive measures for COVID-19 at JAIST are as follows. Please follow the preventive measures thoroughly and act with caution in all situations.

• Thoroughly follow infection control measures such as "avoid the three Cs", "keep a safe distance from others", "wear a mask", and "wash hands and use hand sanitizer".
• Wear a mask on campus (including student housings) to ensure the health and safety of students, faculty and staff members, especially when coming into contact with or talking to others.
• Caution is advised in "5 situations that increase the risk of infection" (see attachment) issued by the Subcommittee on Novel Coronavirus Disease Control.
• For business trips or operations that require cross-border travel, consider changing the schedule or online communication, etc. as an option, and do not make unnecessary business trips when the government or local government has issued a "State of Emergency" or "Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of Diseases" for the destination.
• If, after taking the above into consideration, you still need to make a business trip or travel to an area under a State of Emergency or Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of Disease", contact the Crisis Management (kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp) in advance.
• Carefully judge whether or not to travel to areas where COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing, and if you do, return to Ishikawa Prefecture as soon as possible after completing your work.
• The same apply to visitors from outside of Ishikawa Prefecture.
• After you return to Ishikawa Prefecture, monitor your health and if you are unwell such as have a fever, email the Crisis Management (kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp) immediately and do not come to the campus.
• COVID clusters linked to eating and drinking settings have been reported in many parts of Japan. When holding or attending business lunches or dinners, keep the number of people to a small number and for a short time, and take thorough preventive measures (e.g., avoid restaurants where you cannot keep sufficient distance from others, ventilate regularly, wear a mask). Please be vigilant and act with caution to avoid catching and spreading COVID-19.
  When you are eating out, choose one that has been approved by Ishikawa Prefecture as a "COVID-19 control measure certified restaurant".

• Entering Japan
  After your return to Japan, please act in accordance with the government policy. As for your quarantine place such as your home, it must be a place where you can stay in a private room (including a bathroom and toilet for only you to use) (except JAIST HOUSE).
  
  
• Regarding the opening etc. of the Tokyo Satellite, refer to the separate notice.
• If you are unwell such as have a fever, call your primary care doctor or the Ishikawa Consulting Center for Patients with Fever (0120-540-004) for consultation. Those who are instructed to see a doctor, do not use public transportations (including JAIST Shuttle). If you are taking Kanaya Taxi (076-272-0085), call in advance and inform them that you have a fever and visiting a doctor.
  In order to prevent COVID-19 cluster on campus, residents of JAIST student housing and staff housing who are tested for PCR/antigen at their doctor's visit will be placed in designated accommodation without returning to their own rooms, so bring personal belongings such as cash, health insurance card, change of clothes/sleeping wear and mobile phone (including charger) etc.
  Email your doctor's visit result to the Crisis Management (kikikanri@ml.jaist.ac.jp) and follow their instructions. If the test result is positive, the Crisis Management and Health Center staff will ask you about your movement (date, time, location, activities and contacts), please give them your cooperation. If you do not have return transportation from doctors, ask for assistance at the hospital or health center (0761-22-0793).

If the government issues a State of Emergency or Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of Disease in Ishikawa Prefecture, or if there is a new case of COVID-19 on campus, JAIST will take the necessary actions and ask for your cooperation.

For students, this is an important time to move on to a new stage of life, such as starting job-hunting or completing your studies and preparing for your next career. I strongly hope that you will stay in good health and free from infectious diseases during this important time. To protect yourself and others, please continue to take measures
