フロアスイッチ更新作業に伴う有線LANサービス停止について
情報社会基盤研究センターでは有線LAN用フロアスイッチのリース期間満了に
伴う機器更新作業を行います。作業日程と影響の概要については下記のように予
定しています。
直前のご案内となり申し訳ありませんがご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

作業日程: 2022年2月22日(火) ～ 2月25日(金) 9:00-20:00
2/22(火) 情報科学系研究棟 2,3棟
2/24(木) 情報科学系研究棟 1棟
2/24(木) 知識科学系研究棟 1棟
2/24(木) マテリアルサイエンス系研究棟 1,2棟
2/24(木) ナノマテリアル棟
2/25(金) 知識科学系研究棟 2,3棟

2/25(金) 電子顕微鏡棟
2/25(金) 総合研究実験棟
場合によっては予備日(2/28-3/4)にも作業を行う場合があります。
作業内容:
フロアごとにEPS内のスイッチングHUBを更新します。
想定される影響:
有線LANの各機器で，数秒から1分間程度の通信断が1回発生します。
次の場所では無線LANで数秒から1分間程度の通信断が数回発生します。

特記事項:
実験や会議等で，短時間の切断でも重大な支障がある場合は，
次の内容を情報社会基盤研究センターまでお知らせください。
- 建物名とフロア名(情報科学研究系のXX棟YY階)
- 外してほしい時間帯(2022/MM/DD 13:00-15:00 etc.)

* Maintenance summary:
Replacement of floor switches in the EPS for each floor.
* Service impact:
- For wired LAN, several seconds to one minute outage will occur
once for each device.
- For wireless LAN, several seconds to one minute outage will
occur in several times on the following floors.
