[KAGAYAKI]Batch System Failure

Job system of computing server KAGAYAKI downed in the following period.
Now, the problem was resolved and you can submit your job.

  Affected time:
      Dec 26. around 7:00 p.m - Dec 27. around 10:30 a.m
  Affect:
     * Finished job might not have completed.
     * Queued job can' t be started
     * Queue operation commands cannot be executed

The cause of this trouble was that some users execute "qstat" commands in quick succession via "watch" command, which increased the load on the queue system.
