This issue is caused by a defect in SAML authentication on F5 Access for Android version 3.2.0.
Similar reports have been confirmed globally, and a fixed version, F5 Access 3.2.1, has been released.
Please update F5 Access to the latest version before use.

We have confirmed an issue where SSL-VPN connections cannot be established on Android devices.
This issue occurs when the VPN client application is updated to the latest version.
- Affected Devices: Android
- Condition: Occurs after updating the VPN client to the latest version
- Impact: Unable to establish VPN connection
We are currently investigating the cause and considering possible solutions.
In the meantime, please use SSL-VPN services on devices other than Android.
