(Resolved)Mail Delivery Failure to Certain Domains and Restriction on External Mail Sending (2026/2/24)

Trouble

We confirmed that emails in the delivery queue had been delivered by around 3:30 PM on Feb. 26.
Additionally, restrictions on outgoing server from outside the JAIST network (SMTP) have been removed.

If you have any questions, please contact to RCACI.

-----

Mail sent after approximately 10:00 AM on February 25 has been successfully delivered. However, messages sent prior to that time remain in the delivery queue and have not yet been delivered.

Additionally, due to this issue, outbound mail sending (SMTP) from outside the JAIST network is currently restricted.

If you wish to send email from outside the JAIST network, please use the following methods:

  1. Establish an SSL-VPN connection before sending email.
  2. Use the WebMail service.
  3. Use a mail sending service other than JAIST.

We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience until full service restoration is complete.
