About the problem of Surface attached the red seal

Regarding SurfacePro4 provided in this April (attached the red seal with the bar code starting "16"), the problem that the touch screen function doesn't work after being recovered from the sleep mode has
been confirmed in some devices.

As a solution at this point, the Research Center for Advanced Computing Infrastructure (RCACI) will initialize Surface with new install image.
If needed, please bring your Surface and ID card to the reception of RCACI (2F of Information Bldg. II, I-24), from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 17:00.

Please note that it needs about 2 hours to initialize Surface and data installed in Surface must be migrated or stored in USB or J-storage before initializing as they are deleted.
In particular, it is strongly recommended making and storing a backup file of your digital certificate since it is needed to set Wireless LAN.
