On JAIST Cloud Desktop, firefox might launch the following message dialog.
You've launched an older version of Firefox
Using an older version of Firefox can corrupt bookmarks and browsing history
already saved to an existing Firefox profile. To protect your information, create
a new profile for this installation of Firefox.
After creating the such new profile, your old data(bookmark, add-on and other data) might be unavailable temporarily.
Please refer the following steps to fix the problem.
step1.
select "Create New Profile" and run Firefox.
step2.
Close Firefox Window.
step3.
Windows10: Type the following command in search window to open firefox profile manager.
firefox.exe -p
Windows7(64bit): Press start button and copy & paste the following command in "search program and files" window.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -p
Windows7(32bit): Press start button and copy & paste the following command in "search program and files" window.
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -p
step4.
select "default" profile and run firefox.
