Since around Dec. 19, we have confirmed a problem that some devices cannot connect to the network using JAISTALL (wireless LAN service with MAC address authentication).
We are currently investigating, but recovery is expected to take some time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to users, and ask that you consider using an alternative wireless LAN service.
*JAISTALL is not encrypted and may no longer be offered in the future.
JAIST Wi-Fi
Please use JAIST Wi-Fi (connection using digital certificate) on campus.
eduroam ID
For devices that cannot use digital certificates, we recommend using eduroam-ID to connect.
You can connect to eduroam with the ID and password issued by eduroam JP Federated ID Service.
* If you have trouble setting up your device, please come to the reception desk with your device during the IT Help Desk's working hours.
