The following issues have been resolved:
- Inability to send emails from external networks using SMTP and SMTP-da (IPv4)
- Inability to send emails using the SMTP connector in Power Automate (JIMU environment)

We are currently experiencing the following issues with our email services:
- Inability to send emails from external networks using SMTP and SMTP-da (IPv4)
- Inability to send emails using the SMTP connector in Power Automate (JIMU environment)
Additionally, emails sent to and from JAIST email addresses between 17:30 and 18:00 on May 15, 2026 may not have been processed correctly due to a mail server issue.
We are currently working on recovery; however, at this time, an estimated time for full restoration has not been determined. As a result, emails sent or received during the time period mentioned above may not have been successfully delivered.
If you expect to have sent or received any important emails during this period, we kindly ask that you confirm with the sender or recipient as appropriate.
