■ Overview
This folder is a shared folder that can be accessed by all faculty and staff who are eligible to use Box.
As access is restricted to faculty and staff only, it enables sharing within a more limited scope compared to internal shared links.
This folder is intended for use by departments wishing to share files with all faculty and staff.
■ Viewing
Faculty and staff who are eligible to use Box are granted viewer access to the "教職員共有用" folder.
Eligible users:
https://www.jaist.ac.jp/iscenter/storage/online-storage-box/
You can access this folder from the "教職員共有用" folder displayed on the top page of Box.
■ Uploading
For departments wishing to upload materials, a subfolder will be created under the "教職員共有用" folder, and edit permissions will be granted.
