Cray XC30/MPI Parallel Programming Beginners Workshop

For Beginner Programmers, For Users of Various Softwares with MPI , and For all interested users about Powerful Computing Server.

We will be holding a Beginners Workshop on Cray XC30/MPI Parallel Programming as follows.

Cray XC30 is the most powerful machine in JAIST, built with 8,640 CPU-Cores in total. Its peak performance is over 359.4TFlops.

The workshop focuses on basic training how to use Cray XC30, to compile a program and to execute a job, and also provides you with popular techniques of parallelization with MPI, and performance optimization.

We encourage you to join our workshop, if you are interested in or you have any plan to use Cray XC30. Please fill out the following web form. The application must be in by June 16 (Thu), 17:00.

The workshop will be conducted in Japanese, but the English texts will be prepared.
