If you have the following troubles, please delete the cookie information of

  • (Check) If you have the following troubles or not.
    • If you try to use the WebMail service, the blue screen displayed
      when the session expired or you logged out, and can not use
      the WebMail.
      Even if you click the "Login page" on the blue screen twice or
      more, can not use.
    • That trouble is not occur with other PC or other Web brower.
      ※If the blue screen displayed with any PCs and any Web
      browsers, you have another trouble. please contact to us.

    • Chrome
      Click the key icon displayed in the left side of URL and select "Cookie".
      The cookies in use is displayed, please delete all of them.
