Change of Adobe ID Management
In Accordance with the Change of Adobe Licenses Configuration
This mail is sent to the users who applied for Adobe Creative Cloud Work
We will change User ID for Adobe Software provided under the agreement
with Adobe Systems Co., Ltd. in accordance with their change of license
configuration as follows:
Although ID is NOT changed, the sign-in method will be changed to
JAIST Single Sign-On System. At the same time Adobe ID will cooperate
with JAIST user ID/Password.
*ID for a shared JAIST PC
ID will be changed to "adobe-XXX-XX@ml.jaist.ac.jp".
Since a new ID is created by this change, the users must re-register
Regarding ID for Work at Home License, we will work on changing as
-Date: 17:00-19:00 on Nov. 29 (Fri), 2019
-Content: Domain change from "jaist.ac.jp" to Federation domain
-Range of Influence: Adobe software under Work at Home License
In this work "jaist.ac.jp" domain will be deleted from Adobe services
and the sign-in method of JAIST Single Sign-On System will be set.
ID of the users who use Work at Home License will be deleted once,
however, the same ID used with JAIST email address based on JAIST user
information will be created.
After the change, users are required to input the user account/password
in the popped-up sign-in webpage same as WebMail when using Adobe
software (Onetime password is needed in case of using outside JAIST).
