Apple released "macOS 14 Sonoma" on September 27, and Microsoft released "Windows 11 23H2" on October 31.
Some items are not supported (it does not work at all, there are some problems, it works but the operation cannot be guaranteed, etc.).
Please be careful not to upgrade easily until the services and software you are using are officially supported.
